went to bed with heavy heart

woke up with a clouded mind

Grabbed my journal
wrote and listened

Heart is freer
Peace is restored
Confidence is given

when you try so hard to hold on, you may lose what truly matters

Healthcare workers & cleaners — boost their immunity so no more will fall ill.

The infected — to be detected & respond to rest & medical care

The sick — to be able to rest & defeat all infections

The larger society — not to yield to panic or greed, but be sober & choose Kindness.
